COCKROACHES

We have three Cockroaches in the magic valley that are
commonly dealt with.

1: GERMAN BROWN:  The German Brown cockroach is the most commonly found roach in Idaho. If left
un-checked there numbers can explode in a very short time. One female can lay
about 320 eggs in her life span. If you only have 10 in your home in less than
a year you could have as many as 3,200.
At this point do not waist your time and money to try and treat them
your self.

2:  BROWN BANDED: The Brown Banded cockroach although smaller are very similar the German in
appearance. There life cycle is similar but they do not reproduce as quickly.
As the name suggests they have brown bands on there bodies.

3: AMERICAN COCKROACH: The American Cockroach is the largest
of the roaches found in Idaho. They can reach one and one half inches long.
Despite there size they are the least important roach we have in Idaho. While
they do from time to time enter homes. They are predominantly found in city
sewer systems.

It is unadvisable to try to treat a infestation of roaches
your self. Save the time and headache. Call Cook Pest Control for the control
of Cockroaches.
